Redlink is a family-led property advisory service that combines builder experience with property strategy. Our role is to help clients make smarter decisions when buying, renovating, or selling their homes. We provide independent, builder-backed reports that bring together condition reviews, renovation pathways, costings, planning advice and resale potential.

    STEPHEN REDDISH

    REGISTERED BUILDER

    Stephen has been a registered builder for more than 25 years and has completed over 100 high-end projects across Melbourne. His extensive experience, passion for construction and problem-solving mindset give him the ability to see opportunities and risks others often miss. Beyond client projects, Stephen has also designed, built, and lived in 20 of his own homes, giving him a unique insight into the entire property lifecycle — from concept, to build, to living, and resale.

    NICK REDDISH

    PROPERTY & CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY

    Nick combines academic and practical property expertise with hands-on building knowledge. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Property & Real Estate, an Agents Representative Certificate, a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, and has also completed the Kaplan RG146 accreditation in financial advice. This broad foundation spans commerce, property markets, construction and finance — allowing Nick to bring a uniquely well-rounded perspective to property strategy.

    Before Redlink, Nick spent four years as a Real Estate Agent with JLL, giving him a deep understanding of the property market and buyer behaviour. His strength lies in communication and strategy — helping clients understand what a property is worth today, what it could become, and what it will cost to get there.
